In Real Life

Group show “In Real Life” arises from questioning the theme of authenticity in the digital era. Core of the exhibition – curated by Luca Lo Pinto – is our perception of the world, more and more determined by the filter of images and videos rather than by first-hand experiences of it. The boundaries between real and reproduction are blurred, radically transforming the ways in which art is viewed and distributed.

In the context of Christine König Gallery, this is the starting point of a fascinating set-up, where works are not physically present, but included in the architecture of an image.
